  • Returns

    If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 10 days of purchase.

    You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

    Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

    • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

    • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

    • You may be charged for courier services. 

    • Items deemed lost or damaged will be viewed upon a case basis. It is the descretion of the store to decide. 

    • If unsatisfied with a product, please contact us via e mail on our storepage and include the sales receipt number and we will return a reply within 48 hours. 

    • We do not return music, it can be exchanged or replaced via e mail. Contact us if there is a QC issue. 

    • We do not return cables or electronics.

    • We do not return hat or undergarment items.

    • We do not return 'piercable items,' such as earrings and some jewelry.

    • All gift card purchases are final. Gift Cards can not be exchanged for cash.
